Tactical Padded Duty Belt System
The Balteus Max system was meticulously engineered with Law Enforcement professionals in mind, drawing on the extensive tactical and product expertise of its design team. The result is a belt that delivers superior performance in the field. Crafted from Berry compliant Brookwood Squadron* and Milliken TegrisÂź, it offers exceptional abrasion resistance and durability, ensuring it stands up to the demands of rigorous use.Â
Key Features (Kit Components)
Inner BeltÂ
- 1.5" width to fit comfortably in belt loops
- External loop to attach to outer belt to prevent shifting
- VelcroÂź closure for ease of adjustment
- Brookwood Squadron pull tab
- Available in sizes XS to 5XLÂ
Padded Outer BeltÂ
- Single PALS webbing for MOLLE attachment
- End opening for padding insertion to reduce bulk and pressure points on wearer's back and hips
- Uses 3D spacer mesh that is FR treated for breathability and antimicrobial protection
- Made from Brookwood SquadronÂź for a slim, abrasion resistant, durable product.
- Dimensions: 3.5" heightÂ
Padding & Stiffening InsertÂ
- Internal, removable foam insert that attaches with VelcroÂź to the TegrisÂź panel for ease of insertion.
- Stiffener panel made with 12 layer TegrisÂź to allow the belt to self-support for wearer comfortÂ
- Base Belt
- Constructed with a rigid SCUBA webbing for better support
- Closure is a 2" COBRA buckle
- Keepers 1" milspec webbing
- 4 per belt
- Fasten with VelcroÂź hook and loopÂ
